Customer Success Operations Manager

Are you interested in getting in initiating a new function and grow with a growing startup?  We are seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager whose objective will be driving the effectiveness of our Customer Success and Partner Management teams. 


  • Become an expert in Balluun's product usage, systems and subscription management
  • Assist with implementation and management of  tools and business systems that facilitate CSM operations activities
  • Document and upgrade Customer Lifecycle Management processes and conduct internal training as needed for Inside Sales and CSM enablement
  • Support CRM and CS data management and day-to-day operations
  • Support subscription management tools, data and interaction with Finance
  • Become the point person for partner technical support
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes with Product Development, Partner Management and Customer Success that help meet retention targets and deliver on customer needs


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years related experience required
  • Passion for designing repeatable processes that scale
  • Strong data management skills
  • Comfort with business systems like CRM, Support, Analytics and CS
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Enjoys getting hands dirty by digging into complex operations
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with relentless attention to detail
  • Experience with sales operations a plus
  • High degree of ownership over work
